"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field.
I'll meet you there."
I am writing to invite you on a 66-day journey that I am taking myself, beginning June 14th on the New Moon. I have been building this program for a while now, and I've reached the point where it feels ready, and where I feel ready to do it with people I trust.
The core idea is simple: it's not a knowledge problem. It's a pattern problem. Most of us know what we need to do. What we need is a container strong enough to actually do it, and to do it long enough for the body to believe us. The Ritual Reset is that container.
This is an experiment in re-patterning, rooted in neuroscience, African wisdom traditions, yogic science, breathwork, energy medicine, and the oldest technology available to us: the intentional, repeated, embodied act of returning to ourselves.
We will not be optimizing. We will not be performing. We will be practicing the slow, cellular art of coming home.
Not 21. Not 30. Sixty-six.
Because the body is not convinced by ideas. It is convinced by repetition, by the morning practice that keeps showing up even when motivation has long since gone to bed, by the breath that returns even when the mind has wandered to the next decade, by the hand on the altar that says, again: I am here. I mean it. I am staying.
Research on habit formation tells us that new neural pathways require an average of 66 days to become automatic. The nervous system does not transform on a schedule we choose. It transforms when it finally believes, in the bones, in the fascia, in the oldest animal parts of us, that something new is safe enough to be true.
Sixty-six days is the minimum arc of that kind of believing.
The program moves through four stages, each one a threshold the previous one makes possible. You cannot rush the sequence. You cannot skip a stage. Each one does exactly what it says.
You cannot change what you cannot see. The first three weeks ask only this: witness. The body, the breath, the pattern, the belief beneath the pattern. Nothing fixed. Everything honestly named. Awareness is the first act of sovereignty.
Because we have built the capacity to see the pattern clearly, we can now interrupt it, at the level of the body, not just the mind. This is where the deeper somatic and inquiry work lives. Change is the disruption of the old. Growth is what the body does with the space that change creates.
By now you are not a changed version of who you were on Day 1. You are a different arrangement of the same being, one that has loosened what was held too tightly and begun, with tentative roots, to grow toward its own light. The emergent self is recognized as the one who was always here, beneath the patterns.
This is what waits beyond the program, not given, but earned across the days and seasons that follow, in a life now spacious enough to receive it. I will not promise you transformation. I will promise you the three conditions that make transformation inevitable.
The structure is simple. Three anchor points, every day, for 66 days. These are not suggestions. They are the spine of the program, and the mechanism by which the nervous system comes to trust that this time, something is different.
Breathwork, movement, morning pages, altar tending, sunlight on the skin, bare feet on the earth. A daily act of saying: I begin here. In this body. On this ground.
25 – 45 minA brief return to the body, a few conscious breaths, one moment of beauty named aloud. Enough to remember, in the middle of everything, that there is a field and you are in it.
8 – 10 minBreathwork, yin yoga, somatic journaling, yoga nidra. The art of putting the day down gently, like something that mattered and is now complete.
25 – 40 minCoherence breathing, nadi shodhana, bhramari, and 4-7-8, each one a direct conversation with the vagus nerve.
Progressive shamatha from 5 minutes to 30, moving from breath anchor through open awareness to non-dual inquiry.
Morning shaking to activate the lymph, the classical 8 Brocades (Ba Duan Jin), and Zhan Zhuang standing practice.
Eight hand gestures introduced progressively, each one redirecting prana through specific subtle energy channels.
Morning pages, somatic evening journals, and weekly inquiry prompts, the written practice of meeting yourself honestly.
Barefoot grounding, tree medicine, water rituals, sun greeting, flower meditation, and moon witnessing.
A daily sacred space tended each morning and evening, the material act of saying: I am in relationship with something larger than my patterns.
Six ceremony moments woven across the 66 days, new moons, full moons, and master number thresholds.
Nightly non-sleep deep rest, the daily micro-samadhi that repairs the nervous system while you hover at the threshold of sleep.
Feels the gap between who they know they're capable of being and who actually shows up when life gets hard, and is ready to close it.
Has the knowledge, the practices, the tools, but keeps running the same loops. Recognizes this is not a knowledge problem. It's a pattern problem.
Is done managing their life from the outside and ready to reorganize it from the inside, through the body, not the to-do list.
Wants to stop performing their life and start inhabiting it, and is willing to show up every day for 66 days to do it.
Is drawn to the intersection of science and spirit, neuroscience and African wisdom, breathwork and ancestral connection, the measured and the sacred.
Senses that something in their life is ready to reorganize, and is willing to be worked on by that process rather than directing it.
The program opens on the New Moon in Gemini on June 14, a portal of new beginnings, a power time for seed planting. It moves through three complete lunar cycles and closes on August 18, waxing into the light of a new crescent.
We are not beginning in spite of the darkness. We are beginning because of it. Seeds do not germinate in full light. They germinate in the quiet underground, in the dark that holds before it releases.
The moon is not decoration here. It is the rhythm we are learning to move with, the clock we are learning to trust, the mirror that asks every month: what are you releasing, and what are you becoming?
Two minutes. Morning and evening. Six dimensions of your body-mind rated on a simple scale. Over 66 days, this data becomes the evidence of your transformation — not as a belief, but as something you can see and measure in your own hand.
Energy. Nervous system regulation. Body ease. Mental clarity. Emotional tone. Openness to receive. Every morning you arrive. Every evening you return. By Day 66, the chart shows you exactly how far you have traveled.

That field is real. I have touched its edges. I am going back. I would love for you to come with me.
